New Year Meal Plan

I'm trying out a different meal plan this year by eating slightly more calories (3200 vs 3000) and see what the results are. The end goal is to be about 85kg at the wedding but improving my weight lifting personal records. The following post outlines the new plan and what the meals nutritional contents are.

Breakfast

Prior to dinner I have about 546 calories left, therefore dinner should be quite small as most of my energy is required prior to dinner. My current weight today is 85kg, hopefully I don't balloon out on this diet and my exercise routine produces some decent end results.
